This exciting role will see you champion the lives of people living with a disability and support Aruma's strategic and operational goals within a Flexible Supports environment.Key Responsibilities:Preparing and maintaining rosters for a team of Disability Support Workers and ensuring a person-centred approach to customers.Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with people with disabilities, their families, health professionals and our Disability Support Workers.Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Excellent time management and problem-solving skills, including the ability to prioritise tasks, pay attention to detail and input accurate data to maintain customer documentation.Supporting and empowering Disability Support WorkersProvide mentoring and coaching to staff.Financial and Business ManagementCompleting an After-hours component answering emergency-based calls every few weeksBenefits of working with Aruma!Salary Packaging: Access to NFP…
