About the role
The Facilities Administrator will be responsible for administration services to ensure the asset management function can deliver a high standard of service. Duties
Complete administrative tasks accurately and on time.
Contribute to the preparation of reports and presentations as assigned.
Support the completion of scheduled inspections and maintenance for 80% of assets.
Provide Support for the Fleet Management.
Assist updating internal and external contact details for Customers and Vendors.
Contribute towards the development of Finance processes

Benefits
Permanent full time position.
Starting Salary of $59,901 per annum (depending on qualification and experience).
11 % Super + Not for Profit Salary Packaging (Increases your take home pay).
COVID - 19 Requirements
Immunisation history showing you have received two doses of a Covid -19 vaccine is encouraged.
Required
Certificate III in Business or administration or relevant.
Minimum one (1) years ‘experience as a Administator role in a similar organisation.
Demonstrated ability to meet targets and performance outcomes.
Ability to support and manage a continuous improvement model for achieving outcomes.
Decisive listening, influencing and persuasive skills.
Blue Card or be eligible to apply.
Valid police check.
Preferred
Previous experience in Microsoft packages inclusive excel, power point and word, Outlook.
Previous experience of working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander clients.
