Our client, a renowned Not for Profit organisation, offers a variety of programs, services and events throughout Queensland to support those in greatest need.
The Role
Reporting through to and supporting the Facilities Manager, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Escorting trades to various sites around Brisbane and ensuring work is completed;
- Assisting with the maintenance of all assets over the developing portfolio and dealing with daily work requests as assigned form the Asset Management Helpdesk;
- Assisting with the delivery of reinstatements, refurbishments and rectification of defects at sites;
- Fleet logistics; and
- Planning, scheduling and delivering work for both planned and responsive maintenance.
About You
To be considered for this position, you will have the following skill set:
- Previous facilities, asset and / or property management experience;
- Ability to liaise with external/internal stakeholders;
- Trade background - highly desirable; and
- Current drivers license.
What's on Offer
- Six month contract with competitive hourly rate on offer;
- City fringe location;
- Monday to Friday / 7.6 hours per day between 7am - 5pm; and
- Start ASAP.
