Your new company A leading service provider is looking for a Facilities Coordinator to manage their high-end client, an American publicly owned global investment management firm that offers funds, subadvisory services, separate account management, and retirement plans and services for individuals, institutions, and financial intermediaries. Your new role The Facilities Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing all activities inside the building, ensuring that health and safety standards are met, arranging repairs when needed and overseeing reception operations. They will work with the Facilities Manager to track expenses and coordinate with external vendors. As the Facilities Coordinator, your main duties and responsibilities will be:
Coordinating repairs, cleaning, maintenance, and renovations.
Handling building and equipment emergencies.
Monitoring and reporting on operational expenses and facility income.
Quoting, hiring and managing vendor support and contractors.
Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Managing reception operations.
What you'll need to succeed In order to succeed in this role, you will need to be a highly polished and professional individual with previous experience in facilities management and operations in a corporate environment. You will need excellent communication, proven management skills and will possess the ability to work independently and proactively. What you'll get in return
