About the role

The Facilities coordinator will work alongside our wider facilities and property projects team.  This is a varied, interesting, and highly visible role which will see you work across the business providing support with maintenance, servicing and operations for our HQ and laboratory sites.  Main responsibilities include:

• Manage purchase orders and receipting
• Oversee contractor activities and new equipment installations
• Manage service contracts
• Handle helpdesk requests
• Maintain Facilities SharePoint page
• Support site projects and improvements

About you

To be successful in this role you will have a background in either office or laboratory management and thrive being part of a collaborative, hands-on team.  Exceptional customer service skills will be second nature and you can confidently interact with a wide range of stakeholders to ensure high standards of service and efficiency are maintained at all times.

• Exceptional customer service and stakeholder relationship management skills
• Impeccable presentation and communication skills
• High level organisation skills with the ability to multitask in fast paced setting
• Proactive with excellent problem-solving skills
