Position: Facilities Manager (ANZSCO 149913)

Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 per year (Fulltime)

Location: Unit 20, 3 Apollo Street Warriewood, NSW, 2102

Cooper Tree Farms was found under the vision of creating good food for every Aussie. Our farm facility is locating in New South Wales and looking for an enthusiasm and energetic team member for the position. The successful candidate should perform:

Duties and Responsibilities:

·         Organises, controls and coordinates the strategic and operational management of facilities in a public or private organisation

·         Fostering a professional working environment.

·         Inspecting and repairing electrical and plumbing services.

·         Managing janitorial duties.

·         Ensuring adequate catering and vending services.

·         Undertaking building and grounds maintenance.

·         Ensuring facilities are always clean.

·         Installing and managing air conditioning services.

·         Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

·         Managing waste disposal systems.

·         Ensuring a constant security presence.

·         Installing and maintaining adequate communications infrastructure.

·         Managing parking facilities and ensuring space.

·         Overseeing refurbishments and renovations

Qualification and Experience:

·         Related Qualification

·         At least 3 years of work experience in a similar position

·         Well- trained Farm management skills

·         Good Communication skills

·         Can work in a team or individually
