The regular inspection, assessment and rectification analysis of the built environment and its operating systems (BMS) also represents a primary element of the role, which underpins the business continuity of the campus and portfolio. You will play an important role in developing and maintaining relationships with university staff, contractors and stakeholders across the campus and will be expected to respond to contact outside normal hours in the event of a genuine emergency, where there is a serious immediate risk to students or university property.
