Facilities Manager - global tech client

You will have an important responsibility for maintenance of all hard and soft services across a mix of corporate sites and small depots, and building out new culture and processes for a small team within one of the world’s largest and most well-known technology companies. This is a unique opportunity to work on-site with of the world’s most iconic technology brands, and a chance to bring fresh ideas and processes to a newly created and extremely friendly team.Location: North Ryde, SydneyA typical day may involve:End-to-end management of planned and reactive maintenance across their corporate office portfolio.Liaising with contractors, landlords, and key client stakeholders to deliver contracted services.Assisting with occasional minor projects on an ad-hoc basis e.g. renovations.Manage and mentor a Facilities Coordinator and Part-Time Receptionist.Seek to continuously improve processes and efficiencies of the building services and ensure they are in line with client expectations.Adhere to HSEQ requirements and compliance deliverables.Upholding exemplary standards of customer service, maintaining clear communication with CBRE staff, client stakeholders and external contractors.RequirementsFacilities Manager with experience across both hard and soft services (ESSENTIAL).Experience managing multiple sites remotely (ESSENTIAL)Ability to work autonomously and stand as the key FM contact for the region (ESSENTIAL).Experience managing direct reports is preferred, but not essential.Strong computer skills with common applications (E.g.
