Facilities Manager
- Above award salary package
- 6 weeks annual leave
- 4 x Return flights per year to Cairns
The Facilities Manager is responsible for the overall management of this organisation's facilities. Ensuring all facility management functions have appropriate policy & procedures to meet operational and legislative requirements.
About You
- Demonstrated leadership experience in a similar role or a property, asset management or corporate building management environment
- Experience in interpreting legislation and lease agreements as they apply to local government, facilities management, hospitality
- A relevant qualification in facilities management, asset management, property management or similar.
- Current Drivers License
- An awareness of issues affecting Indigenous people in a remote location and ability to provide effective leadership in a cross-cultural environment
