Seeking experienced Facility Manager for 3 to 4 Month Contract with a small, aged care home based in the South Coast of Victoria/Mornington Peninsula. Flights and accommodation provided for those not based locally.
Duties of the role include overseeing the smooth running of an aged care home, leading a team and ensuring a high standard of care, quality and compliance and adherence to regulatory and organisational requirements. The role also includes overseeing recruitment and labour management, reporting, budget, and total operations of the home.
Suitable Applicants will have
- Previous experience - 3+ years in Aged Care Leadership as a Facility Manager, General Manager or Residential manager
- Strong leadership skills
- Availability to commence end of February.
- Ideally Registered Nurse with AHPR Registration
- Police Check/NDIS Workers Screening or willingness to obtain.
