About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Facility Manager to oversee the operations of small aged care provider in Frankston.You will be responsible for ensuring the provision of outstanding care to residents, while upholding regulatory standards and cultivating a positive work culture among staff members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and direction to the facility team to ensure the highest standards of resident care and service delivery.
- Oversee all aspects of facility operations, including staffing, budgeting, maintenance, and resident admissions.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and accreditation standards.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation to enhance resident outcomes and satisfaction.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, their families, staff members, and external stakeholders.
- Lead and support staff development initiatives, including training and professional development opportunities.
- Implement and monitor quality assurance processes to identify areas for improvement and drive excellence in care delivery.

- Bachelor's degree in health care management, business administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in a leadership role within the aged care sector.
- Strong understanding of aged care regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to effectively manage resources, budgets, and operational processes.
- Demonstrated commitment to resident-centered care and continuous quality improvement.
