We are currently seeking a Residential Manager to oversee the operations and clinical care of a Residential Aged Care Facility in the Hervey Bay area. If you have been considering a Relocation to the area, then this opportunity is offering a fantastic relocation package.

Responsibilities:
Lead a diverse team, managing performance, workforce planning and other HR practices
Ensure your home complies with the Aged Care standards
Work closely with your leadership team and frontline staff to ensure a positive, friendly, helpful and engaged culture exists
Responsible for oversight of all aspects of clinical care provision, direction and performance
Ensure the efficient operational and financial management of the home
Requirements:
A hands-on approach to your role with a focus on customer service and leadership
Experience in Aged Care Advantageous
Demonstrated capability and experience in leading a multi-disciplinary team
Proven operational leadership skills & experience
Valid Police Check
