Facility Manager - Aged Care - Relocate to Yackandandah

Redstone are seeking a driven and experienced age care professional to join the team as a Facility Manager in a medium sized NFP aged care facility in Yackandandah.
Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the team to ensure the highest standard of care is delivered.
• Oversee the Dementia Support Unit and maintain the highest level of support for residents.
• Work closely with the Facility Manager to drive excellence in care services.
• Utilize your expertise to provide mentorship and guidance to staff.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Requirements:

• Current AHPRA registration (Grade 5 RN or equivalent).
• Experience within a similar role in aged care essential

• A deep commitment to delivering exceptional, person-centered care.
