The Position
- To deploy, implement and coordinate Facility Management services as required
- Administrative support and reporting
- Provide support to the client to streamline, standardise and simplify operational activity
- Management of client relationships and customer service
- Establishing and maintaining a safe and secure environment, ensuring HSEQ systems, procedures and legislative requirements are followed and embraced.
The Person
- A proven track record in Engineering Facilities Management
- Degree or trade equivalent in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering
- Competent across WHS, QA and ideally environmental legislation and systems
- Familiarity with the operation of Services (lifts, fire, electrical etc.) and services delivery
- Possess strong written and verbal communication skills
- Have a valid and current driving licence
- The successful candidate will be required to complete a Pre-Employment Medical, and Blue Card Application.
