We are a manufacturing joinery located in Port Stephens with customers all across Australia. We have a need for an experienced Factory Manager who can lead and grow our team to handle our expansion into new markets.

Previous manufacturing management experience is essential, we are looking for someone to step into the role and take the lead from day one. We are seeking someone who is passionate and committed to working to achieve their goals leading a diverse team of professionals. An eye for detail and efficiency will be important as well as the ability to show exceptional people skills to get the best out of your team.
The main functions of the role are:
- Manage and motivate a team of 20+ machinists, spray painters and tradesmen.
- Control the flow of work and prioritize keeping the line manufacturing efficiently.
- Control warehousing operations and logistics to our nationwide customer base.
- Work to hourly and daily targets with clearly defined goals for your role.
- Form a part of the team that sets the direction for the factory.
