We offer families a wide range of education and care options throughout Tasmania, including Family Day Care, Early Learning and Care and Outside School Hours Care.

This is an exciting leadership opportunity which will expand your education and care knowledge and experience and could lead into permanent work after the maternity leave period for the right candidate.
The Family Day Care Manager (FDCM) is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Family Day Care Unit and will lead the direction of the Family Day Care Team and oversee Thrive Group’s FDC Educator portfolio.
The FDCM will work closely with the Field Compliance Officers to ensure compliance in relation to all applicable laws and regulations and best practice is upheld at all times to ensure that staff, Educators, families and children in our education and care services thrive!
To be successful in this role you will be an effective communicator, highly organised, motivated and exhibit a collaborative leadership style.
About you
Successful candidates will have:
• A minimum Diploma in Education and Care
• Ability to work flexible hours
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Strong understanding of the EYLF and NQF
• A current Working With Vulnerable People Registration
• A current First Aid Certificate OR can obtain one.
