- $115,824- $130,355 (dependent on skills & experience) + 11% Superannuation
Tertiary qualifications in Maternal and Child Health. Current registration with APRHA as a Division 1 registered nurse and midwife.
Extensive knowledge of the policies, strategies, legislation and standards of practice pertaining to the Victoria’s Department of Health and community based child and Family Health clinical nursing and service provision.
Experience and proven ability to lead, develop and motivate a team, with demonstrated experience in staff recruitment, induction, supervision, performance management and development.
Demonstrated financial management within approved budgets.
Experience in reviewing programs and implementing service improvements, and in the development of policy documents and strategic frameworks.
Highly developed interpersonal skills including negotiation and influencing, presentation, consultation, conflict resolution, development of cooperative working relationships, and promotion of services and activities. The ability to write concise, accurate reportsand provide advice to management and Council.
