About The Role Monitor compliance and promote the provision of quality Family Day Care through the support of educators and families in accordance with Education and Care Services Regulations, ensure that quality outcomes are delivered to children and families enrolled in the Family Day Care Service. Duties: Provide an environment which is stimulating, satisfying and secure for children which supports children’s abilities and interest while providing well‐developed inclusive programs for children with additional needs and from diverse backgrounds. Conflict management, negotiation, influencing and problem‐solving, maintain positive professional relationships and exercise high level judgement to meet position objectives. Accurate data entry and database maintenance, plus the ability to analyse, interpret and provide reports from database information. Maintain extensive knowledge and experience of child development and capabilities in planning, implementing, and evaluating an inclusive quality early childhood education program based on contemporary program practices, theories, philosophies, and the National Quality Framework. About You Skills & Experience Diploma of Children’s Services or equivalent with a minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role. Current First Aid Certificate HLTAID004 Satisfactory National Police Records Check.
