Part time Family Law Receptionist/Personal Assistant needed for our friendly South Melbourne team, working Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, with flexibility to work partly from home.
We are passionate about changing the way Family Law is done and we are looking for someone who will be excited to join our dynamic, growing team.
Your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Reception
- Diary management
- Client liaison
- Preparation of letters
- File management
The successful candidate for this role will have a minimum of 2 years' experience working as a Receptionist and/or Personal/Legal Assistant, be polished, professional, well-spoken and possess a can-do attitude. Sound knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite is a must. Experience with Actionstep a bonus.
2 years' experience working as a Personal/Legal Assistant is essential, Family Law experience desirable.
