On The Ball Personnel, is super excited to provide an excellent opportunity for a Family Lawyer, to join our client, who are an independently owned and operated legal firm. They provide their expertise in advocacy support, legal advice and representation in all legal matters. They take pride in treating their clients equally and with fairness regardless of their situation and are delightfully unique! Our client has offices across Australia, to be able to represent their clients’ needs, wherever they arise. They have an exceptional team and seeking to expand due to growth.
They are currently keen to hire an experienced Family Lawyer, to operate from their Gold Coast premises. They invite candidates to apply from Brisbane and other nearby areas too, as they are willing to consider hybrid work situation, if need be.
The Role:
- Draft Family law documents
- Appear at court, give advice, billing functions
- Maintain a high level of communications with clients and staff
What you'll need to succeed:
- Prior Family Law experience essential
- Minimum 2 years of experience ideally however will consider, post admission OR a longer Family Law work experience overall (from Uni onwards)
- Exceptional written and oral skills
- Ability to manage all administrative tasks, not limited to email responses, filing, data entry, answering the phones, maintaining client records, reception duties, mail pick-ups
- Full time availability to work from a beautiful Gold Coast location and office
- Great attitude and initiative skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail
