About the Role:
Our team is expanding, therefore we are seeking a Labour Coordinator/Workforce Coordinator to join the Premium team in Belmont. We are ideally looking for someone who is proactive, organised, and a natural communicator who brings innovative ideas to the team. The main responsibilities of the role includes:
- First point of contact for all long term employees on site
- Liaise and collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs
- Update and maintain employee rosters
- Complete client quotations
- Maintaining and building on existing and new business relationships at a corporate level
- Ability to identify employee growth and retention through understanding your teams skills
- Cost control, goal setting and effective implementation of resources
- Identifying areas of improvement and providing feedback to the GM
- Occasional site visits to maintain relationships with site personnel
- Experience in a similar role
- Confident in building relationships and business development
- A team player that enjoys success
- Strong computer skills
- Valid Manual Driver's License
- Police Clearance (mandatory for some sites)
- Strong leadership capabilities, active listening as well as strong analytical skills
- Competent at conducting client and employee meetings
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with candidates and clients.
