ABOUT THE COMPANY - Housed within a state of the art showroom and service center, this luxury Dealer has won numerous awards, current and past. This dealership is truly committed to providing guests with the ultimate experience. ABOUT THE ROLE - An exciting opportunity for an energetic and experienced automotive F&I Business Manager. This position will require an ability to build relationships with customers based on trust and confidence. You will be responsible for presenting the various finance and insurance and aftermarket products, ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction whilst being driven to achieve and exceed targets.
                                                                               
ABOUT THE JOB

• Provide a professional and respectful service to all customers
• Manage all confidential documentation and settlement paperwork
• Provide Finance & Insurance quotations to all customers
• Responding to all enquiries in a timely manner
• Achieve monthly targets
• Proactively following up leads and new sales 
• Build strong relationships with sales team and clients

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience as a Dealership Finance & Insurance Business Manager with an excellent track record
• A Professional who will take full ownership of their position and maximising all opportunities
• Meticulous attention to detail and organisational skills
• A strong communicator and approachable demeanor
• A positive mindset, willingness to work within a team and grow as a unit
• Customer first attitude
