An opportunity is available for a Service Supervisor position at our Port Hedland Branch.
In this role you will co-ordinate, manage, and schedule all field service and workshop activities.
This includes co-ordination and supervision of technicians, parts, contractors, and all other relevant parties involved in each job.
As the central point of contact for the Port Hedland Service department you will need strong customer service skills with a focus on delivering outstanding customer support.
This role is offered on an 8:6 roster, Residential or FIFO ex Perth.
Role Located: Komatsu Port Hedland Branch

What we are looking for:
- Motivated, customer-focused supervisor with proven leadership skills
- Ability to lead effective teams of tradespeople
- Customer focused and proactive in supporting our customers
- Ability to analyse workplace risk and implement necessary changes promptly
- Demostrated computer skills and able to use a variety of programs
- Heavy duty trade certificate or equivalent experience (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to represent the Komatsu brand whilst building engagement with customers, employees, vendors and suppliers
- Able to work independently and make sound business decisions
- Valid Driver’s license
