Finance Administrator

TroocooTroocoo are assisting a valued Government client recruit multiple Finance Administrators (AO3). This is an initial 3 month contract commencing immediately based in Brisbane CBD. This position will be a support role providing a high level of administrative support to the broader team.The hourly contract rate is $46.80 p/hour + super | You must be available to commence immediately.Previous Government experience is highly regarded for this opportunity.Your new role:

• Processing a high volume of invoices incoming into the business unit
• Manually inputting data into the system and recording invoices as they are sent through
• Accounts payable functions
• Accounts receivable functions
• Data entry into the finance system (SAP) ensuring accuracy and detail
• Expense reimbursements and liaising with suppliers as required
• Any ad hoc administration tasks such as ordering stationery, travel bookings and corporate credit card reconciliation

We are seeking candidates with the following attributes:

• Previous Government experience and accounts experience is highly regarded.
• Availability to commence immediately.
• High attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies and errors.
• Ability to work autonomously and process a high volume of data.
• Fast and accurate data entry skills.
