About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for aFinance Analyst to join our team based at our Enfield site.

This position plays a critical role in the Animal Nutrition finance division to drive continuous improvement, consistency, credibility and accuracy in the delivery of the business objectives.

Main responsibilities of this role include:

• Develop weekly performance report, analyse drivers of cost movement against forecast and budget.
• Assist in monthly costing and stocktake systems.
• Work towards the standardisation and simplification of reporting across WAN.
• Participate and support the delivery of rolling monthly forecasts, quarterly reviews, and annual budgeting in close consultation with Managers and stakeholders.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting report submissions across various systems and platforms.
• Work towards continuous improvement to enhance and improve existing financial reporting processes.

About you

As self-motivated and passionate Finance professional, you will have proven experience in a relevant role (ideally in manufacturing), with exposure to demand planning, pricing, budgeting and forecasting.

You will either be CA or CPA qualified, and hold a tertiary qualification in Commerce, Economics or a related field. In addition to this you will require:

• 3 years of experience in financial accounting, management accounting or business analysis roles.
• Experience in using SAP or another ERP system and possess advanced Excel skills.
• Tableau would be highly regarded, as would use of Power BI, Salesforce and/or Alteryx.
• Proactive attitude, always looking for opportunities to add value
• Strong communication skills, with the ability and confidence to build relationships
• Analytical ability and appetite for problem solving
• Accuracy and eye for detail
