- SCHADS Level 2.1-2.2 -- $ 63,646.96 - 67,638.48 plus salary sacrificing package (SCHADS starting level dependent on demonstrated direct work experience).
- 76 hours FTE per fortnight
- Hybrid working arrangements after completing probationary period.
As a member of the busy Plan Management team your role is to:
- Process high-volume of invoices
- NDIS Claims preparation, processing, and troubleshooting
- Answer the telephones
- Attend to queries about invoices
You will also be the office “go-to” person resposbile for:
- Maintaining office systems and organisational infrastructure:
- Undertaking general administrative and support duties
- Assisting the Executive Director and Senior Support Coordinator to respond appropriately to participants with low-intensity coordination and / or plan management requests.
Highly Desirable: Tertiary qualification in Accounting/Finance or associate Diploma in Accounting/Finance.
Essential:
- Strong attention to detail and excellent data entry skills.
- Experience with MYOB financial systems including accounts receivable and payable.
- Strong knowledge and experience in using Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to relate to people with disability and their families.
- Working with vulnerable people/Worker Screening or willingness to obtain this registration.
- Required to undertake NDIA Worker Orientation Module.
Desirable:
- An understanding of the purposes of the National Disability Insurance Scheme.
