The Zuellig Pharma Australia Depot is a dedicated clinical trial logistics service provider based in Adelaide with clients around the world. As a registered TGA Facility specialising in clinical trials, we offer a storage and distribution service for clinical trial supplies but can also provide a secondary packaging service to pharmaceutical companies, contract research organisations and third-party packaging.
If you have experience in finance, or administration, and are looking to take on a more challenging and varied role, this could be for you. We are seeking a bright and enthusiastic person to join our friendly and busy team located in Export Park, Adelaide Airport, South Australia

Key activities
- Work under the direction of the Senior Accountant and the HR & Office Manager
- Manage the Accounts Payable process, including:
- Processing invoices in SAP (approximately 50 invoices per month),
- Maintaining bank account details within SAP for automated payment runs,
- Monitoring due dates and preparing upload files for payment runs,
- Maintain filing of documents.
- Manage Accounts Receivable process (invoices are raised in the last week of each month), including:
- Create and maintain data within SAP relating to rate cards and pricing structures,
- Generate monthly activity reporting, from multiple departments, including maintaining manual reports,
- Coordinate the generation of up to 450 service-based invoices per month (as part of a team),
- Responding to client invoicing queries,
- Emailing invoices and assist with the generation of statements.
- Reconcile GST deferral on importation of goods received.
- Adhoc reporting as required by the HR & Office Manager and Senior Accountant.
The successful candidate will possess:
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload, while also being able to work as part of a team.
- Ability to prioritize workload depending on requests from different departments to meet personal deadlines.
- Excellent customer service track record
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Highly computer literate with advanced Word, Excel, MS Office skills
- Knowledge of SAP, or similar accounting software would be beneficial
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- The ability to work to tight deadlines with changing priorities.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Tertiary education would be preferred, but not mandatory.
- Minimum of 2 years-experience within a relevant Finance based position.
- Experience within a Finance team, ideally working with Accounts Payable and Receivable.
- Experience of working with Standard Operating Procedures
This will be a full-time permanent position, reporting to the Office & HR Manager, and the Senior Accountant.
The salary and conditions will be negotiated according to experience, flexibility and skills base.
