The College is seeking to appoint an experienced Finance Assistant - Debtors to join a dynamic Finance Team in a 3 day per week part time role (Tues, Thurs and Fri) with flexibility for school hours if required.
The successful applicant will be required to have:
Essential Criteria
- Experience with Accounts Receivable processes and function
- Experience undertaking bank reconciliations
- Accurate data entry skills
- Experience using Microsoft Office
- Effective organisational skills, with the demonstrated ability to problem solve, use initiative and prioritise competing tasks to meet deadlines.
- Effective & strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills with an ability to work collaboratively with a friendly team.
- The ability to work effectively in both an autonomous and team context.
- Previous experience in a school based role (desirable)
- The ability to support the Mercy Catholic ethos in this role
