We are seeking a motivated Finance Associate to join our Finance Strategy & Services team on a Full Time basis. This role is perfect for recent finance graduate with 2-3 years experience looking to kickstart their career in finance. As a Finance Associate, you'll rotate through different finance functions, including Financial Planning and Analysis, Finance and Tax and Commercial and Business Advisory Teams, gaining diverse experience and exposure.
Starting within our Financial Planning and Analysis team you will;
- Foster positive relationships with internal stakeholders across both the finance division and the broader business, working to achieve financial objectives and customer outcomes.
- Communicate effectively to understand and address stakeholders' needs and concerns.
- Be a Team player with a positive 'can do' attitude to challenges
- Assist in producing reports, forecasts, and analysis.
- Develop new reports and analytics to streamline processes.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and processes.
- Be curious to commercial insights and solutions to support the business.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Ideally around 2-3 years work experience, in a similar profession
- A passion for solving problems, demonstrating persistence until the problem is resolved
- An ability to engage and influence people, building and maintaining strong relationships
- An interest in technology and automation solutions
- Knowledge of financial planning and analysis
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team
