Finance Broker - Traineeship

This exciting opportunity, to be offered to the right candidate, has been made available within our Equipment Finance division to assist with their continued expansion and increasing client demand.

Jade Finance is an established company which provides an extensive range of lending products for our clients. It believes in helping people achieve financial security and independence by providing better lending packages. After relocating to new larger offices in Varsity Lakes, Jade is looking for capable people to join a growing company.

Nationwide, Jade Equipment Finance provides over 200 million per year un finance for motor vehicles, equipment, trucks, caravans, marine, and motorbikes. Having access to over 60 different lenders plus hundreds of lending and insurance products, allows Jade to provide very competitive lending solutions to its clients.

The Opportunity …..

This role will suit someone that has perhaps already established themselves in a different industry or trade and is looking to not "just to have a job" but to develop a long term sales career.

You will be working with a group of professionals in a highly developed friendly team environment from our boutique Varsity Lakes office.From 6mths to 18 month Traineeship, you will be taught the highly regarded facets of Equipment Finance (or lending) which incorporates:

• Finance quotations, serviceability, submission and processing of applications for approval to our lenders on our clients behalf
• Associated documentation and Settlement of such transactions
• After sales service and on-going client assistance

Hours of work are typically 8am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday.

Upon successful completion of the Traineeship, the opportunity will also be offered to advancement to both a professional and profitable career.

Requirements

• Previous Sales Experience – not necessary
• Finance or Insurance Industry experience – not required
• Well presented and spoken with a genuine willingness to learn
• Computer literate ie: a sound understanding of the Microsoft suite & Minimum typing speed of 50-60 words/minute - a must
