Form of workOur client, a leading ASX Listed Group is looking for a Business Analyst with previous finance transformation experience to join them and play a key role in their ERP implementation program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with stakeholders and business users to map the current state of the ERP system
- Write functional and non-functional specifications as well as future state process maps.
- Drive innovative solutions to ERP, data, and analytics challenges within the Finance team
- Work closely with the project team to define requirements, develop solutions, and design workflows
- Document as-is and to-be processes
- Facilitate workshops
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Business Analyst role
- Strong understanding of finance processes, CA/CPA qualification is desirable
- Experience working with SAP is highly desirable.
- Ability to understand, isolate and interpret business needs and develop appropriate technical solutions.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven track record of delivering successful projects on time and within budget.
