THE WORK:
Responsible for the overall financials of the MxDR business P&L.
Planning of the Cost of Service (Payroll & Non-Payroll) & Sales, Revenues planning process and ensuring effective and timely coordination with various business units, global functions, and stake holders.
Monthly preparation & presentation of results to higher leadership by monitoring variance analysis with Plan. Advisory role for leadership to explain business financial position. Overall P&L (Sales/Revenue/NCCs)
Handling team supporting invoicing/collection and cost charge-out activity. Along with collaboration with other teams like Bizops, HR, business leads and other finance teams.
Manage Automatic cost allocation process a special arrangement for the unique acquisition.
Helping change finance model based on business model change like partnership with google.
Ensuring proper attribute reconciliation
Reporting MDI budget utilization
Internal Audits, Manage CC, WBS, PO, Invoice requests etc.
Attending weekly and monthly calls with business leadership team from across globe.
Multiple ad-hoc processing requests.
Build and maintain high-level knowledge across all business areas by staying current on initiatives, challenges, and opportunities across the business. Understand associated risks and opportunities in global markets.
Manage financial planning, forecasting, reporting and profitability management processes.
Provide information required for the preparation of annual budget and financial forecasts.
Identify opportunities for growth and expansion. Implement programs to improve finance processes and operations.
Execute internal control requirements for the financial practices.
HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
Bachelor's degree not required
At least 5-8 years Finance Business Manager function or CFO advisory consulting experience
Experience in one or more of the following: general accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, planning and analysis, governance, order to cash and purchase to pay
Knowledge of and experience with financial information systems such as SAP, Oracle, and/or other common systems
Experience in financial process benchmarking, finance organization design, process redesign, shared services, process outsourcing.
DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE / PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES / PROFESSIONAL SKILLS
Pragmatic commercial acumen - able to identify Finance function risks in an M&A / integration or separation context and develop solutions to manage those risks
Project management experience with large-scale projects
Natural aptitude to problem solving and structured thinking
Experience with the broader deal-oriented processes
Excellent financial and analytical skills
Has the ability to structure complex problems into discrete components and communicating these to the team
