AddressWe have an opportunity for an experienced Finance Business Partner to join our Commercial Finance Team. This role will see you own and manager the Real Estate portfolio, driving department financial targets and strategy by effective reporting, analysis and insights.
Partnering with Senior Stakeholders to drive the achievement of financial targets, you will take end to end ownership of your portfolio including budgeting, reporting and board packs, you will also;
- Provide commercial support relating to specific performance risks and support mitigation and value creation opportunities
- Support with budgeting, forecasting, reporting, benchmarking, analysis and providing insights on the performance of Occupancy related operating costs
- Use detailed knowledge of key drivers/profit levers and effective collaboration with key business stakeholders to drive commercial outcomes
- Co-ordinate the build of Store business case, compiling the various inputs from the business into a cohesive business case pack for presentation to InvestCo
- Support with strategic rent, outgoings and lease management modelling process
We are looking for a results-focused, problem solver. Your analytical skills are your strength and you feel comfortable working with and presenting financial data to be easily interpreted and understood. With strong accounting knowledge, you will also have;
- Previous experience in a Business Partnering role
- CA or CPA qualified
- Experience in business improvement/cost optimization
- Experience with financial systems, preferably Oracle Financials and TM1 or equivalent reporting/forecasting tool.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management experience
- Retail experience with an understanding of key Retail metrics would be highly desirable
