AddressOur client is a global leading financial services group, listed company, instantly recognised brand with $1 trillion AUM globally. Due to growth in the finance team, they are looking for an experienced finance manager with FP&A focus to join the team in Sydney.
About The Role
- Oversee the production of comprehensive financial and management reporting packs on a monthly and quarterly basis for both the local Australia board and international headquarters.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of key financial and management reports, extracting valuable insights for informed decision-making.
- Act as a Business Partner, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to provide FP&A insights that contribute to the strategic direction of the business.
- Lead the annual accounts review process, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a thorough understanding of financial performance.
- Drive process improvements within the FP&A function, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness in reporting processes.
- Develop and maintain financial models for key areas of reports, supporting data-driven decision-making.
- Play a pivotal role in group budgeting and cashflow forecasting activities, contributing to overall financial planning and strategy.
- Participate actively in the leadership team, providing financial expertise and insights to support broader organisational goals.
- CPA/CA qualified
- 5 years+ experience in Business Partnering or FP&A experience is essential
- Exceptional Communication skills
- Executive Engagement experience
- Financial services industry experience
- Financial modelling skills
- Power BI experience highly regarded
- Australian PR or Citizen (unfortunately no sponsorship is provided)
