As a Finance Business Partner, you will provide financial support and guidance to key departments within NCS. You will work closely with department heads to develop and implement financial strategies that align with business goals and objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You should be able to analyse financial data, identify trends and patterns, and provide insights and recommendations to support decision-making.

You will partner with various departments to develop and implement financial strategies that align with business goals and objectives. This includes developing and maintaining financial models and forecasts to support decision-making and analysing financial data to identify trends and patterns. 

You will support the business with insights and recommendations to support its decision-making and drive financial success. Additionally, you will monitor and report on financial performance to senior management to help the business achieve its objectives and set itself up for long-term success.

• previous experience in a similar role as a Finance BP or Senior Accountant 

• CA or CPA certification 

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software
