- Support the Head of Finance to enhance systems, improve reporting processes and develop analytical tools that inform business decision making
- Implement enhancements to budgeting and reporting models, including developing and embedding procedures to deliver regular forecasting
- Assist in development and analysis of key financial metrics
- Partner with internal stakeholders to provide regular financial information and analysis, ensuring reporting is for purpose
- Assist in developing finance procedure manuals, including review and update of existing Finance policies
- Assist in preparation of budgets for funding applications
- 6 month contract
- Full time or part time (3-5 days per week) - flexible work hours also considered for the right person
- Based at Macquarie Park with hybrid working options available
- Approx. $110,000 - $120,000 base salary (depending on skills & experience) + 11.5% super (effective 1st July), 17.5% leave loading and tax-free salary packaging up to $15,900.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience and achievements in a similar role
- Skills, knowledge and experience in financial reporting, financial analysis and the provision of financial advice
- Demonstrated analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
