ABOUT YOUR ROLE
In this dynamic role you will support our NSW Manufacturing team, partnering with the state senior supply chain leadership team to drive value for our customers and shareholders by supporting business priorities and delivering strategic commercial insights to enable business growth.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Finance Business Partner Support for our NSW Manufacturing teams including but not limited to Monthly Results, Budgeting, Forecasting, Risk and Opportunity review
- Understanding the business strategy, value drivers and KPIs and providing risk-adjusted financial analysis and insights into performance for Manufacturing costs
- Acting as a catalyst to drive forward initiatives critical to delivering the business and financial strategies
- Collaborating with key stakeholders on delivering annual budget, forecast, and monthly performance results
- Building strong business understanding and knowledge to provide meaningful, actionable and timely insights to business leaders
- Driving standardised processes and uplift the commercial acumen of Site leaders through proactive partnership and coaching.
- Support the development and execution of the supply chain strategy, communicating cost savings and customer service opportunities, risks across the network and assessment of investment options to maximise asset returns

LET’S TALK ABOUT YOU!
- 4+ years proven experience in Senior roles partnering with Senior leaders ideally in a Supply Chain environment
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to present complex financial concepts to non-finance professionals to build commercial awareness and understanding
- Deep understanding of financial and commercial drivers with a practical and logical approach to solving business challenges
- Prior exposure to an activity-based costing environment and a Lean program will be highly regarded
- Understanding of control requirements around inventory & balance sheet
- Excellent problem-solving skills and an ability to use data and a common-sense approach to help find solutions to operational and strategic initiatives.
