- Support senior leadership teams with commercial and strategic advice
- Possess strong financial understanding of trade performance, levers for store channel growth, and store profitability
- Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
- Possess excellent communication skills to provide timely and accurate insights for informed decision-making
- Minimum 5 years' Business Partnering experience.
- Advantageous experience in FMCG, Retail, or Pharmaceutical sectors.
- Strong commercial focus, adept at distilling data for actionable reports.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate complexity.
- Proven skill in developing effective partnerships and operating in a lean environment.
- Extensive experience in management accounting, performance management, reporting, and financial evaluation of projects, complemented by advanced Excel skills and familiarity with ERP systems & BI tools (SAP, BPC, MicroStrategy, PowerBI).
- Tertiary qualifications in Accounting or Finance related discipline
- CPA/CA qualification
