Salary*Note - Job Title is Finance Manager however the role itself is a commercial role, suitable for finance leaders that specialise in Commercial Finance / Finance Business Partnering*
You will be joining an exciting ASX100 business in the manufacturing industry. As the commercial finance leader partnering with a pivotal business unit, you will bring your all-round commercial capabilities to help drive performance for the business.
You will work closely with the leadership team and management, bringing your expertise in manufacturing, logistics and JIT inventory management to distil insights and drive margin improvement by taking an analytical data-driven mindset.
Having experience in manufacturing, logistics or similar verticals, Oracle, Tableau, and being a commercial finance/FBP expert will help you be successful in the role.
Expertise with driving performance, CA/CPA qualified, delivering growth, exceeding KPIs, budgeting/forecasting, 15+ years of experience, exec business partnership and working in large complex businesses will be favorable for consideration.
With the ability to “read the room”, challenge the business with substance, and demonstrate high commercial acumen with willingness to understand cost drivers and quickly work out what will move the needle – you’ll bring the attributes that are crucial to the long term success of the team.
