Finance Manager - Compliance

The Group
Global business which has identified Australia as a growth market and has a portfolio covering logistics, office and hospitality assets.
The Role
Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager, your role will include:
-distribution calculations and financial statement analysis
-liaise with external auditors and professional advisors as required
-participate in monthly/quarterly property reviews
-prepare annual statutory financial reports
-liaise with external trustee and manage cashflow for various legal entities
-prepare and submit BAS, IAS and income tax returns
-ensure licensing conditions are monitored and met
-maintain and oversee the compliance diary and ensure key corporate and local regulatory compliance requirements are met
-manage the annual AFSL audit
The Person
You will be CA/CPA qualified and have 5 + years of accounting experience ideally from Big 4, financial services or the property sector. Prior experience in audit, assurance or compliance is essential to be considered for this role. High attention to detail and problem solving skills will ensure your success in this role.
