This role reports to the Group Finance Manager - Investments and offers and offers excellent opportunity for strategic financial leadership.
Key responsibilities:
- Strategic Support:
- Assist Executive team in analysing and structuring potential investments.
- Financial Analysis:
- Analyse financial performance of various business units, preparing reports for strategic review.
- Tax Strategy Support:
- Contribute to the implementation of the Group's tax strategy.
- Team Management:
- Mentor and manage Finance team members, ensuring timely deliverables.
- Ad Hoc Tasks:
- Undertake additional tasks as directed by Management.
About You:
- Relevant experience in similar role.
- Prior experience in Facilities Management highly regarded.
- Excellent communication and written skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Familiarity with finance department software programs.
- Availability for shift work.
- Must pass ten-year police check and pre-employment medical.
