The Solar Repair Man are seeking an experienced and organised Office Administration Assistant to join our staff on a full-time basis, ensuring the smooth operation of our organisation behind the scenes.
Duties & responsibilities:
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Handle job bookings
- Managing inventory levels and ordering parts where necessary
- Preparing warranty claims (training is provided)
- Following up on owing payments
- Other general Office Administration activities
Experience & attributes:
- Excellent written and verbal communications and warm phone manner
- Great organisational and time management skills
- Prior experience in administration and customer service
- Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office suite of applications
- Familiarity with AroFlo software is an advantage, though non-essential
