Our Client is a global real estate and property services organization with tremendous scale.Due to unprecedented growth they are currently seeking a Finance Manager to support, lead and manage the finance operations across the NSW region.
- CBD Office Location 4 days in the office 1day WFH
- MUST come from a services / maintenance / projects background (Fire /HVAC)
- MUST be CA or CPA Qualified & Understand Trade/Service Delivery finance models
Reporting to the Finance Director, your responsibilities include;
- 95 employees across the NSW business ($80m)
- Manage a team of 2 x Analyst & Finance Support
- Responsible for the planning and execution of the budgeting process, forecasting process and management reporting across the Pacific region ($80m), establishing overall business line priorities and ensuring that all deadlines are met

- Monitor the performance of the business to ensure that strategies and plans are being implemented correctly
- Prepare, present, and actively contribute to monthly division reviews
- Responsible for timely and accurate delivery of flash forecasting
- Responsible for monthly financial review.
- Support and manage the Finance Leads on the Accounts and assist with any escalations.
- Monitoring of post M&A deal performance and reporting thereon to appropriate stakeholders
ABOUT YOU
- Professionally qualified accountant with 5-7+ years post qualified experience. (CA/CPA)
- MUST be from a Services / Trade OR Project background including Fire / HVAC / Projects etc…
- Financial Planning and Analysis experience, including budgets, forecasts, monthly and ad hoc reporting
- Commercial experience with a track record of improving and delivering robust, accurate financial information, and adding value to a business
- Positive, ambitious, commercially minded, with a result focused attitude
- Ability to work within a matrix organization and having the flexibility to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Strong Excel skills, with experience in ERP systems. Previous use of Peoplesoft and TM1 would be highly advantages
- Travel may be required.
