Salute Better Solutions Pty Ltd (Salute) is a proudly South Australian owned and operated family company with Head Office at Hahndorf and a Central Distribution Centre at Direk north of Adelaide. Our fleet of delivery vehicles services the majority of South Australia including the Adelaide Metro area, regional and rural areas. We are service-driven and deliver high quality washroom, cleaning and packaging supplies to our customers in the health care, aged care, education, facility management, food service and hospitality sectors.
We are seeking an additional team member to assist our Finance team as a Finance Officer. This is a casual role, located at our Hahndorf head office for 2-3 days per week, minimum 5 hours per day. This is initially a 12-month contract with the potential to extend beyond that period, depending on operational requirements.
The focus will be on the following tasks:
- entering customer payments
- following up aged debtors
- responding to customer accounts enquiries
- assisting with updating customer details and setting up new customer accounts
- assisting with other Accounts / Finance related tasks
Our ideal person will meet the following essential criteria:
- experience with Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
- exposure to MYOB or another accounting software package
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- high degree of attention to detail
- experience working within a team environment
