We support Participants in meeting their individual needs and achieving their goals. Whether it is getting into housing, joining community groups, or gaining access to employment, we are with them every step of the way.
We are looking for a self-motivated and results-driven Finance Officer to provide high-level financial and administrative support in all aspects of the efficient and timely execution of matters concerned with the financial responsibilities of the company.
Reporting to the Program Manager - Finance, you will be required to provide an efficient, effective and quality service to people with disabilities and their families. You will be responsible for delivering all transactional finance services to the business.
Key responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Bank reconciliations
- Claiming funding of NDIS Participants
- Book-keeping
- Compliance and Administration
- Maintaining financial records and information
- Responding to queries and building relationships
- Payment follow-up
- Invoices
- Onboarding of NDIS participant information
- Onboarding of new staff
To be successful in the role, the following essential criteria is required.
- Minimum Certificate IV in Bookkeeping / Accounting or equivalent.
