Finance Officer

In the role as Finance Officer, Corporate Operations you will participate in a wide range of operational tasks, including banking, procurement, accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll.

In the role as Finance Officer, Corporate Operations you will participate in a wide range of operational tasks, including banking, procurement, accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll.
You will also carry out month end and year end processes including the preparation of reconciliations as required

In this role, you will:
Prepare reconciliations, journals, reports and correspondence.
Contribute to the timely creation and processing of purchase orders, accounts payable and accounts receivable documents.
Carry out monitoring and reviewing activities ensuring financial data integrity, compliance with internal controls and legislative requirements, and to identify process improvements.
Provide accurate timely advice on operational finance matters to both internal and external stakeholders.
Work as part of the Corporate Operations team to deliver operational finance services whilst participating in an environment that delivers a skilled, motivated and productive team able to meet daily operational deadlines.

There are no mandatory qualifications needed for this role, however, experience with SAP and other relevant qualifications will be highly regarded.
