The Role:
We are seeking a Payroll Officer to join our team based at our Acacia Ridge Head Office.
Working within a small team, you will work closely across all payroll services. This a great opportunity to build your career in an experienced, collaborative and supportive team and plays a key role processing a successful payroll each week.
Key Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Entering and checking a high volume of employees with manual timesheets (trip sheets)
- Maintenance of Time and Attendance (UKG Kronos)
- Manual calculation and processing of pays and adjustments
- Termination calculations and payments
- Taking and responding to payroll queries
- Administrative payroll requirements including:
- Setup of new employees
- Processing pay adjustments
- Managing leave applications
To succeed in this role, we anticipate you will be able to demonstrate:
- Previous experience in a payroll position
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- You are customer service driven and are have great time management skills.
