We are seeking an experienced Accounts Officer. The successful candidate will work in a business partnering capacity principally with the Chief Financial Officer to assist in the delivery of key financial transactions and information. You will be a team player with a hands-on approach, attention to detail, willing to assist and learn across the broader team as required.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Preparation and lodgement of Business Activity Statements and Payroll Tax
- End of month journals and balance sheet reconciliations
- Accounts Payable and Procurement.
- Accounts Receivable.
- Credit card and bank reconciliations.
- General ledger and general journal entries.
- Assist with other end of month tasks.
- General administration duties.
To be successful in this role, you will need the following:
- Experience and a working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A professional approach to your work.
- Ability to meet deadlines and targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
