u&u are partnering with a global business in search of someone immediately available to cover a short term leave of 6 weeks. This role has the potential for extension and is perfect for someone that is immediately available and looking to work in a vibrant fun culture where everyone enjoys coming to work. What will U be doing?
- Accurate data entry of all invoices and reviewing accounts to ensure all invoices are paid on time;
- Management of Accounts Payable email inboxes, covering the Live Nation Australia and New Zealand businesses, as well as Venues operations;
- Identify any new suppliers and set up in Oracle, with new bank details within the ledger when required;
- Responding to, and actioning, all queries as per agreed timelines;
- Allocation of invoices; and
- Working through a small ledger to collect outstanding payments.

What experience do U need?
- Experience working in a non-PO environment;
- AP/AR experience;
- Strong communication and written skills;
- Attention to detail; and
- Be immediately available.
