Park Orchards Community House and Learning Centre is a not-for-profit organisation delivering social, recreational, educational and childcare programs in City of Manningham. We are seeking an experienced Finance Officer to join our team in a permanent part time role to provide accurately maintained finances.
Qualifications & experience
- Certificate IV or Diploma level Financial qualification
- Minimum 5 years experience in similar role
- Strong understanding of Xero accounting software
Tasks & responsibilities
- Accounts Payable and Receivable
- Processing payroll and maintaining employee records
- Preparation of monthly and ad-hoc financial reports
- Reconciliation of monthly accounts
- Reporting against budget and job classifications
- BAS/PAYG
